Job summary

GAINS is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales team, translating complex supply chain concepts into compelling demonstrations that move prospects through the cycle. You will work with Account Executives and the go‑to‑market team to tailor solution narratives and serve as the technical voice in enterprise engagements.

The role sits at the intersection of supply chain domain expertise and customer-facing solutioning, influencing win rates and deal velocity across GAINS's target

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a presales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role at a B2B enterprise software company.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical evaluations and POCs with enterprise buyers across multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of supply chain planning concepts including demand planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical discovery process for enterprise prospects, uncovering deployment, data, and planning maturity to tailor a solution narrative.
• Design and deliver customized demos of the GAINS DEO platform aligned to prospect challenges.
• Build and maintain demo environments, data sets, and scenario libraries reflecting real-world use cases across key verticals.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate, differentiated responses in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Lead POC engagements including scoping, setup, execution, and results presentation.
