Glean is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team supporting the Enterprise segment in the Central region. You will guide technical strategy across prospect and customer engagements, and lead pre-sales work including discovery, demonstrations, use-case workshops, and pilots.

You will partner across Glean to support customer adoption and growth, build repeatable plays, and improve SE execution while coaching account teams on expanding adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Solutions Engineering teams in enterprise environments.
• Ability to coach in discovery, demonstrations, pilots, and workshops.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud architecture, security, networking.

• Establish regional operating rhythms with Sales leadership and drive deal inspection.
