Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.
• Background knowledge in Shopify and helpdesk tools.

Responsibilities

• Own technical side of deals from demos to integrations.
• Build and test integrations, write statements of work.
• Partner with AEs and provide customer feedback to product.
