Job summary
Sierra is seeking a seasoned GTM-focused Solutions Engineer to design and demo our Agent product, translating complex technical solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering to drive GTM execution and refine the product based on customer feedback.
You will lead conversations with executives and technical leaders, translate business problems into Sierra solutions, and help shape our industry-leading AI offerings for large customers.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers in the GTM function.
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve customer needs.
- Cross-functional work with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM and improve products.
- Lead and support customers as a GTM and technical leader in early conversations with future customers.
