Job summary

Siena AI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical demos, own proof-of-concept trials, and scope integrations within the e-commerce customer experience stack. You will contribute significantly to the sales process by engaging with prospects to address their specific challenges and demonstrating how Siena can meet their needs.

This hands-on role demands a blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the sales team and play a crucial part in bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years as a Solutions / Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable with integration testing using Postman.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run demos based on prospect's specific needs.
• Own multi-week POC/trial programs from kickoff to final readout.
• Scope integrations and build solutions as needed.

Skills

Pre-sales experience

Fluent with APIs and webhooks

Working knowledge of e-commerce CX stack
