The SE partners with Account Executives to demonstrate Cisco solutions, present to customers, run PoCs, and design solutions to meet business outcomes. The role emphasizes technical depth, rapid learning, and strong communication to influence decisions and close opportunities with Cisco technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry-related technical experience.
• Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitors.
• Knowledge of Cisco solutions and networking fundamentals.
• CCNP or similar industry certifications.
• Pre-sales experience.
• Experience integrating AI tools, automation scripts, and digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technology solution consultant to the customer and Cisco account team.
• Leverage Cisco technology, services, and support specialists.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive on account planning activities.
• Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation and demand creation.
• Align Cisco product capabilities to customer business drivers.
