Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer to be a key technical leader within the sales team. You will run great demos, manage PoCs on-site and remote, and build relationships with customers while collaborating with Innovation Labs, Expert Services, CSMs and marketing.

The role requires a background in observability or APM and the ability to translate technical value into business impact. You will evangelize Dynatrace offerings at trade shows and customer meetings, partner with sales to identify

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the observability space.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate technical value.
• Experience with web technologies and programming/scripting languages.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace offerings at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Identify new sales opportunities with field sales and existing accounts.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions with technical evaluation.
• Present Dynatrace vision to C-suite executives.
• Guide Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Proposal stages.
