Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer to be a key member of the sales engine, delivering expert demos, leading PoCs onsite and remote, and building strong customer relationships. You'll partner with a Strategic Enterprise AE to cover top accounts in Minnesota, travel up to 30% as needed, and collaborate across Dynatrace labs, services, and marketing to articulate value.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in observability or APM, a CS degree, and experience with modern web tech and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 years of experience within the observability space.
• Experience with web technologies and programming languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Dynatrace product demos and lead PoC discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, services, and marketing to articulate value and drive opportunities.
• Present Dynatrace vision to C-suite executives and provide technical guidance during opportunity stages.
