Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer to join its sales engineering team. The role focuses on technical support, expert knowledge of Dynatrace and Advanced Observability, and delivering effective demos and PoCs both onsite and remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience.
• 3 years of experience within the observability space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings at trade shows and key customer meetings to promote new and expanded business.
• Partner with sales to identify new sales opportunities and expand within existing accounts.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions, supporting multiple POCs.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to C‑suite executives.
• Provide technical guidance in Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations at events and at booths, ensuring impactful demonstrations.
