Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (FDE) for enterprise-scale monitoring and cloud deployments. You will lead skilled customer engineering teams, design repeatable services, and collaborate with product engineering to close gaps.

Remote work from a home office with occasional travel is expected. The role emphasizes hands-on solutioning across C#, Java, SQL, NodeJS, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, and related tech, guiding customers through complex environments and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in software/solution engineering.
• 5+ years leading and consulting in large Enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of monitoring solutions for enterprise accounts.
• Work with product engineering to close gaps and improve deployments.
• Provide hands-on solutioning and guidance to customers and teams.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
