Job summary

Dynatrace seeks a Solutions Engineer in Utah to drive advanced observability implementations and compelling demonstrations for the sales team. You will lead PoCs onsite and remote, build key customer relationships, and respond to RFIs & RFPs, collaborating with labs, consultants, CSMs and marketing.

You’ll engage across teams, present technical value, and travel up to 30% to support opportunities and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience within the observability space.
• Must live in Utah, Colorado, Arizona or Washington.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings at trade shows and key customer meetings.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify new opportunities and expansions.
• Participate in PoC creation and cloud-architecture discussions to support sales.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to customers’ C-suite executives.
• Provide technical guidance in Discovery, Solution Evaluation and Solution Proposal stages.
• Present on-stage demonstrations at events and ensure demos are delivered.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve product-market fit.
• Collaborate with partners and be a technical point of contact for the team.
