Rocket Software is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support the design, estimation, and readiness of service opportunities. Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in project management, professional services delivery, or service operations.
• 1+ year in customer-facing roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business or technical needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Develop service estimates, assumptions, risks, dependencies, exclusions, and pricing models.
• Assist in creation and review of SOWs, proposals, service descriptions, and other customer-facing solution documentation.
• Gather, analyze, and organize business, technical, and operational requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer discovery calls and requirements discussions.
• Identify information gaps, areas requiring additional discovery, and potential scope or delivery risks.
• Develop structured solution recommendations for review and refinement by senior Solutioning resources.
