Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or related fields.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into service proposals.
• Ability to create statements of work (SOWs) and service descriptions.
• Able to identify risks, dependencies, exclusions, and open questions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support development of service estimates, assumptions, risks, dependencies, exclusions, and pricing models for CSE engagements.
• Assist in creation and review of SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather and organize business, technical, and operational requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer discovery calls and requirements discussions.
• Identify information gaps and scope or delivery risks; propose structured recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product Management, PMO, and SMEs to develop quality service solutions.
