Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer (Solutioning) to support design, scoping, estimation, and delivery readiness for CSE service opportunities. You will work with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and PMO to develop estimates, SOWs, service descriptions, and structured solution documentation for successful customer outcomes.

The role involves gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, identifying risks, and delivering actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, professional services, or related fields.
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience documenting business or technical requirements.
• Ability to identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and open questions.

Responsibilities

• Develop service estimates, assumptions, risks, and pricing models for CSE engagements.
• Create and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals.
• Gather and organize business and technical requirements.
• Participate in customer discovery calls.
• Identify gaps, scope changes, and potential delivery risks.
• Provide structured recommendations for senior review.
