Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support design, scoping, estimation, and delivery readiness of CSE service opportunities in the United States. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and PMO to develop structured proposals and delivery approaches.

The role involves gathering business and technical requirements, identifying risks and assumptions, and producing actionable solution documentation for senior reviewers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting service engagements and proposals.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable service options.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop service estimates, assumptions, risks, scope, and pricing for engagements.
• Create and review SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and organize into structured solutions.
• Participate in discovery calls and evaluate scope risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, PMO, Support to design quality solutions.
