Job summary

Rocket Software Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support design, scoping, estimation, and delivery readiness of CSE service opportunities.

You will work with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and PMO to develop estimates, SOWs, and delivery approaches for successful customer outcomes. The role gathers information from stakeholders, identifies assumptions and risks, and translates business requirements into actionable service proposals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, professional services, or related delivery roles.
• 1+ years customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support development of service estimates, assumptions, risks, and pricing models for CSE engagements.
• Assist in creating and reviewing SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather, analyze, and organize business, technical, and operational requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in customer discovery calls and requirements discussions.
• Identify information gaps and risks and develop structured solution recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Product Management, and PMO to develop quality service solutions.
