Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support design, scoping, estimation, and delivery readiness of CSE service opportunities. You will work with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and PMO to develop estimates, SOWs, and service descriptions while gathering requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes organizing information, identifying risks, and translating business needs into actionable proposals.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Project Management, Professional Services Delivery, or related fields.
Experience gathering requirements and documenting business needs.
Ability to manage multiple work items across priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Support development of estimates, assumptions, risks, and pricing models for CSE projects.
Assist in creating and reviewing SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
Gather and organize business, technical, and operational requirements.
Participate in customer discovery calls and scope discussions.
Identify gaps, risks, and areas needing further discovery.
Develop structured recommendations for senior review.
