Siena AI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Portland. In this role, you will handle the technical aspects of deals, from initial demos to proof-of-concept trials. The ideal candidate will have pre-sales experience in B2B SaaS, strong technical skills with APIs, and a broad understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS with track record of owning demos and POCs.
• Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods; comfortable with testing in Postman.
• Knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem: familiarity with Shopify and helpdesks.

Responsibilities

• Own technical side of deals end to end, from demo to green light.
• Lead technical discovery and validation.
• Own proof-of-concept/trial programs from kickoff to readout.
