Job summary

Siena AI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the technical side of customer lifecycle management. This hands-on role involves pre-sales demos, integrations, and post-sales custom builds. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and deployment teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions for consumer brands.

The position allows for flexibility in location; however, must overlap with EST hours and occasional in-person collaboration in NYC. Strong experience in B2B SaaS and customer experience integrations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to build and test integrations yourself.
• Knowledge of customer experience ecosystems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain demo environments and asset libraries.
• Lead live technical discovery during pre-sales.
• Scope integrations and manage post-sales builds.
