The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering role and strong AI fluency, contributing to both pre-sales and post-sales efforts. The role includes hybrid work flexibility and a strong focus on building repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar role at a high growth SaaS company.
• Strong AI fluency and understanding of large language models.
• Experience working with tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical layer of enterprise deals.
• Execute Scribe Optimize POCs to show immediate value.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for pre-sales and post-sales technical motions.
