Job summary

Siena AI is searching for a hands-on Solutions Engineer to join their high-output team. This role involves managing technical aspects of customer interactions, from pre-sales demos to post-sales custom builds within existing accounts.

Successful candidates will have 3–5+ years in SaaS, strong technical abilities, and clear communication skills. The position is remote, requires overlapping hours with EST, and includes building demo environments and scoping integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical ability, comfortable reading API docs, testing in Postman.
• Experience in building and maintaining demo environments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead live technical discovery and own multi-week POC / trial programs.
• Build and maintain demo environment and asset library.
• Scope integrations and draft Statements of Work.
