Job summary

Ascc,-Inc. is seeking a Customer Engagement & Requirements Engineer to support sales by capturing customer needs, developing technical solutions, and preparing quotes.

You will function as the primary technical resource during the sales process and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure solutions meet requirements. You will lead discovery discussions, translate needs into specifications, and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer discovery and translating needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to develop standard and moderately complex system quotes.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and capture requirements.
• Develop scopes of work, estimates, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare technical quotes and validate against standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations during quote development.
• Support sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
• Escalate non-standard requirements to Senior Application Engineer.
