Job summary

Trase Systems is seeking a customer-facing Sales Engineer/Solution Architect to partner with Sales, translate customer needs into clear product use cases, and design technical solutions. You will build rapid demos, reference architectures, and reliable handoffs to Delivery.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving deals forward.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in customer-facing technical sales.
• Ability to turn customer needs into clear use cases and proposals.
• Proven capability to build rapid demos and proof-of-concepts for deals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on discovery calls and technical deep-dives to clarify requirements.
• Translate customer problems into use cases, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
• Explain Trase’s platform and agent capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build rapid demo mock-ups and lightweight cloud code demos to validate workflows.
• Own and evolve demo assets, reference architectures, and competitive positioning.
• Write artifacts: requirements summaries, solution proposals, and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with Product to surface needs and guide roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Support delivery handoff with engineering to match commitments.
