Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Agent Builder. You will govern environments, implement security controls, and deliver scalable agent deployments.

You will work at the intersection of AI innovation and responsible practice, enabling customers to adopt governed, scalable agent capabilities across Microsoft platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or related field.
• 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related cloud tech.
• Experience developing production agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents and ensure governance across platforms.
• Design secure, governed agent environments with identity and access controls.
• Lead end-to-end implementation translating business needs into workflows and integrations.
• Guide customers on governance, ALM, and cost optimization for AI workloads.
