Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This remote, full-time role focuses on governance, lifecycle management, and secure deployment across Power Platform and Azure.

The position drives agent architecture, evaluation, and scalable delivery while contributing to SHI’s Microsoft Services practice and AI enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Four+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure.
Hands-on experience with AI/agent-based solutions and enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end agent solution implementations across Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Agent 365.
Design and enforce governance, security, and lifecycle management for agent environments.
Guide customers through solution delivery, assessments, and best-practice patterns.
Develop reusable assets and reference architectures for Copilot and agent services.
