Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to lead enterprise agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Agent Builder.

You will drive governance, security, and lifecycle management across Power Platform and Azure to deliver scalable, compliant agent environments. In this hands-on role, you’ll translate customer requirements into production-ready solutions, develop reusable assets, and guide customers through architecture, deployment planning, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years delivering Microsoft 365/Azure solutions with hands-on AI/agent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Experience with Power Platform, YAML, and governance patterns.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry with orchestration, grounding, and integration patterns.
• Guide customers through agent governance, environment strategy, and lifecycle management.
• Implement security, compliance controls for Agent 365 onboarding.
• Own end-to-end implementation translating business requirements into workflows.
• Define fit-for-purpose agent architectures aligned to customer needs.
