Job summary

OpenSymmetry is seeking a Solution Manager to lead complex client engagements, guide project teams, and ensure successful delivery across SPM/ICM platforms. You will manage scopes, budgets, and risks while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support pre-sales efforts, and drive opportunities to maximize revenue while maintaining high client satisfaction. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple client engagements across lifecycle stages.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise deployments and translate complex requirements into deliverables.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills enabling client satisfaction and project success.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
• Experience managing project financials, including forecasting and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-focused projects from kickoff through delivery, acting as primary client contact.
• Oversee SDLC scope from definition to maintenance, ensuring QA standards.
• Manage scope, changes, risks, and client satisfaction for stability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to meet client goals.
• Maintain project records, status updates, and financials.
• Oversee contracts and service delivery to meet revenue/projections.
• Foster strong client relationships and coordinate governance meetings.
• Mentor project teams and support pre-sale activities and SOW development.
