Job summary

Smart Communications is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to manage the successful delivery of solutions on time, within budget and with high client satisfaction. This fully remote role requires coordinating implementations at client sites and mentoring junior consultants.

You will design, implement and document RESTful services, map client requirements to Smart Communications solutions, and ensure project plans meet schedules and budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of technical experience including working in SaaS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical and analytical problem solving skills.
• Positive client service approach with a 'Can do-will do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Implement Smart Communications solutions at customer sites.
• Installation and configuration of Smart Communications products on client sites
• Conducts a product knowledge transfer session to customers while on site
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to more junior team members
• Supports and maintains project plans provided by the Project Manager or Senior Consultant
• Reports regularly, identifying and diagnosing issues and escalating potential risks
• Meets delivery schedules and budgets
• Supports client implementation document and provide quality documentation on time
• Interfaces with client in a professional manner
