Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as the go-to product expert for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our platform, demos, system architecture, security requirements, customer needs, and the sales process to accelerate deals and build trust with buyers, brokers, and partners.

You will partner with marketing and product to capture the voice of the market, impact sales strategy, and shape future products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas clearly and empathetically.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos, and solution design for direct prospects, brokers, and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and fit to customer architecture.
• Discuss security and data privacy in live conversations.
• Address questions and objections and highlight competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity, and solution quality.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to create collateral and talk tracks for Benefits Administration and ALEX.
• Represent the voice of the market with Marketing and Product.
