Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Solutions Consultant to educate and support customers, build preference, and drive usage of our solutions. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts and/or territory while building solid relationships.

You will also understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation, and generate leads. The role requires JD, excellent communication, and proven sales experience, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
• Proven training and/or sales experience.
• Experience performing simple and complex research assignments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to legal customers and prospects, ensuring maximum use and understanding of LexisNexis products.
• Collaborate with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plans.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research and share findings with Product, Segment and Marketing.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation.
• Collect feature and function requirements from customers and relay to product teams.
• Utilize required processes, tools and systems.
