Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Solutions Consultant to educate and support customers, grow usage, and retain revenue within assigned accounts or territory. You will build solid relationships, understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation, and generate leads.

You will collaborate with sales partners, share opportunities, and conduct competitor research to inform product strategy and marketing. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Experience in training and/or sales is preferred.
• Experience performing simple and complex research assignments.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to maximize usage of LexisNexis products.
• Collaborate with sales partners on strategy and develop strategic account plans.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales or Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research and share findings with Product, Segment, and Marketing.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance and consultation.
• Collect feature requirements from customers and relay to product teams.
• Utilize all required processes, tools and systems.
