Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant II in Austin, TX to partner with Account Executives, lead discovery, design tailored solutions, deliver demos, and guide technical validation that accelerates deal velocity. You’ll translate Apollo’s capabilities into business value for multiple personas and tech environments.

You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to architect end-to-end solutions from discovery through onboarding

Qualifications

• 2+ years in presales (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success) in SaaS.
• Experience collaborating with AEs to influence sales cycles and reduce evaluation risk.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations and sales automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery to align Apollo’s platform to ROI.
• Design and run technical evaluations (POC) to validate business impact.
• Co-own complex deals with Account Executives and shape deal strategy.
• Facilitate seamless pre-sale to post-sale handoffs with Onboarding and Success teams.
• Advise on GTM strategy and capture field insights to influence product roadmap.
