Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant II to be the customer-facing technical expert and GTM presales advisor. You will partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, design tailored solutions, deliver compelling demos, and guide technical validation that drives deal velocity across multiple personas and environments.

In this hybrid Austin role, you collaborate with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to architect end-to-end solutions from

Qualifications

• 2+ years in presales (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success).
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives to influence and accelerate sales cycles.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery to map Apollo to ROI and present to executive audiences.
• Design and run technical evaluations to validate business impact and accelerate decisions.
• Co-own complex deals with AEs, shaping strategy to influence stakeholders and reduce risk.
• Facilitate a seamless pre- to post-sale handoff with Onboarding and Success teams to drive expansion.
