Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Solutions Consultant to build trusted relationships with potential customers. You will demonstrate Ramp’s products, tailor financial solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and successful product activation.

You will work with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive technical and accounting implementations, while influencing product development to enhance Ramp's value proposition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles (SaaS)
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Finance/Accounting or related field
• Proficiency with IdP/HRIS/ERP solutions
• Strong organizational, PM and time management abilities
• Excellent engineering, system design, and technical specification writing
• Proactive mindset in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to demo products and highlight Ramp value.
• Develop tailored solutions based on integration and configuration options.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Partners for integration development.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales in technical and accounting implementations.
• Assess customer requirements via use-case analysis and ROI assessments.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base of use cases and best practices.
