Job summary

Ramp is hiring Technical Consultants to partner with customers and Ramp teams to design financial solutions via Ramp and partner integrations. You’ll serve as the technical and financial SME through onboarding, activation and expansion, ensuring scalable, high-value implementations across ERP and HRIS ecosystems.

You will guide product, design, and engineering roadmaps, communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, and own the technical success criteria across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing tech role
• Familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture
• Able to translate technical solutions into business value and guide scaling

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp teams for high-value implementations
• Assess requirements and propose scalable ERP/HRIS/API integration solutions
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to support technical workstreams
• Help customers solve technical hurdles without writing code
• Conduct technical discovery of customer systems and workflows
• Be SME across HRIS and accounting integration partners
• Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide configuration decisions
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling for integration use cases
• Influence product roadmap by channeling feedback to Product/Engineering teams
