Job summary

Ramp, a fintech infrastructure company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to build trust through expert demonstrations and tailored financial solutions. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure the product aligns with evolving customer needs.

You’ll act as a technical and financial expert, designing integrated solutions, guiding prospects, and facilitating communication between internal teams and customers from evaluation to activation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Proficiency in IdP, HRIS, and ERP solutions.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Experience in engineering, system design, and technical specification writing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to showcase technical accounting features via demos and workflows.
• Develop tailored product solutions based on integration options to align with customer needs.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Partners to advocate for integration development.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales in executing advanced technical and accounting implementations for Ramp.
• Evaluate customer requirements for new opportunities using ROI assessments and use-case analysis.
• Create and maintain technical assets and an internal knowledge base of use cases and best practices.
