Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to partner with customers and Ramp teams, designing financial and technical solutions that scale with customer needs. You will work across Sales, Product, and Engineering to implement robust integrations and ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes owning technical success criteria from onboarding through activation, with strong communication and problem-solving in fast-paced, upmarket environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp teams during high-value implementations.
• Assess customer requirements and propose scalable ERP/API integration solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding to support technical workstreams and speed value.
• Guide customers through integration design without writing code.
• Influence Ramp's product roadmap with customer feedback.
