Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Solutions Consultant to establish and nurture partnerships with potential customers, delivering expert product demonstrations and aligning Ramp's solutions with client needs. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Account Management to design financial solutions that fit evolving requirements.

You will translate complex accounting and technical concepts into compelling value, drive deals from evaluation to activation, and help shape product strategy

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles, with SaaS and APIs experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience with IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and finance workflows.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Strong engineering mindset, system design, and technical specification writing.
• Proactive mindset and comfort in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to demo features and convey Ramp's value.
• Develop tailored product solutions based on integration options.
• Advocate for integration development with Sales, Product and Partners.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales in advanced technical and accounting implementations.
• Evaluate customer requirements through use-case analysis and ROI assessments.
• Create and maintain technical assets and an internal knowledge base of use cases and best practices.
