Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive partnerships with potential customers, conducting expert demonstrations and aligning Ramp’s product with prospects’ needs. You’ll work with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Account Management to craft financial solutions, design integrated setups, and provide strategic guidance.

Role requires strong technical, presentation, and value-selling skills, with a focus on high-urgency execution in a fast-growing fintech startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in requirements.
• Proficiency in IdP, HRIS, and ERP systems.
• Expertise in accounting workflows and controllership needs.
• Strong organizational, PM, and time management.
• Strong engineering, system design, and technical writing.
• Fast-paced startup experience and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to demonstrate accounting features via demos and ROI visuals.
• Develop tailored product solutions aligning with customer needs and integrations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Partners on integration development.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales in technical/accounting implementations.
• Assess opportunities with use-case analysis and ROI evaluations.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base of use cases and best practices.
