Job summary

Ramp Corp. in the United States is seeking a Solutions Consultant to establish partnerships with potential customers. You will deliver expert demonstrations, align Ramp’s products with prospect needs, and collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product teams to tailor financial solutions.

You’ll design integrated solutions, provide strategic advice, and facilitate communication between internal teams and prospects. Strong technical and value-selling skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS.
• Experience implementing business SaaS solutions with APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business, finance or related field.
• Proficiency with IdP, HRIS or ERP systems.
• Expertise in accounting workflows and controllership needs.
• Strong organization, PM and time management abilities.
• Proactive, fast-paced startup mindset with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to present customized demos and show Ramp’s value.
• Develop tailored solutions aligning integration and configuration with customer needs.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Partners to advocate for integration development.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales in advanced technical and accounting implementations.
• Evaluate requirements for new opportunities using ROI and technical evaluations.
• Create and maintain technical assets and a knowledge base of use cases.
