Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Solutions Consultant to partner with Account Executives, Success, and Management to craft financial solutions for key customers. You will demonstrate Ramp's products with strong technical and accounting insight, shaping proposals that align with evolving customer needs.

You will design integrated solutions, deliver expert guidance, and help drive product activation, influencing ongoing Ramp value delivery in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS.
• Experience implementing financial SaaS solutions and using APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Knowledge of IdP, HRIS, ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills.
• Proven ability to write technical specifications and design integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to showcase features via demos and ROI-focused value selling.
• Develop tailored solutions aligning integration/configuration options with customer needs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Partners to drive integration development.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales with advanced technical and accounting implementations.
• Evaluate requirements for new opportunities using ROI and use-case analyses.
• Create and maintain technical assets and a knowledge base of use cases.
