Ramp is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with sales and customer teams, delivering expert demonstrations and crafting tailored financial solutions. You will work with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure Ramp's offering meets evolving customer needs through technical and financial acumen.
In this remote-capable role, you’ll develop integrated solutions, guide prospects, and drive value messaging from evaluation to activation, contributing to product feedback
Formación
- 2+ years in solutions consulting or related customer-facing roles, SaaS focus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with APIs and integrations
- Proficiency with IdP, HRIS or ERP systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Technical documentation and solution design ability
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with Account Executives to demo features and value
- Design integrated solutions aligned with customer needs
- Partner with Sales, Product and Partners on integrations
- Support engineering implementations for Ramp customers
- Assess opportunities with ROI and use-case analysis
- Develop technical assets and a knowledge base
