Job summary

Ramp is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Consultant in New York. You will be the primary technical liaison for Fortune 500 and government prospects, delivering expert demonstrations and architecting integrated solutions that align Ramp products with customer needs.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive deals from discovery to activation, applying strong accounting knowledge and API know-how.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture, preferably in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling, customized demos to Enterprise prospects.
• Design and architect bespoke enterprise solutions for Fortune 500s and government agencies.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Partners to advocate for integration development.
• Showcase accounting features via demos and workflow illustrations.
• Develop tailored product solutions based on integration/configuration options.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales in technical/accounting implementations.
• Evaluate customer requirements, complete RFPs, and perform ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with Product teams to maintain technical assets and KB.
