Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite, mastering products, demos, architecture, security and implementation requirements across the sales cycle. You will support complex deals while collaborating with Marketing and Product to ensure the voice of the market is reflected in our benefits suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details into customer-friendly language.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and tech teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and help cross-train teammates.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and how they fit each customer's architecture.
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections and compare our approach with competitors.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analyses.
