Job summary

Jellyvision seeks a Solutions Consultant to become the trusted expert for the ALEX Home suite and to support Revenue and Renewal teams with in-depth product knowledge, security considerations, and expert demos. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to capture the voice of the market and tailor solutions for diverse buyers.

You will own discovery, design tailored demos, and collaborate across departments to accelerate deals, while communicating clearly with C-level stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and help cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and fit within customer architectures.
• Address security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections and differentiate Jellyvision from competitors.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis for product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
