Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the ALEX Home suite. You will master our products, deliver in-depth demos, and shape tailored solutions for C-level stakeholders across broker and client organizations.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure solutions meet market needs, while addressing security and data privacy considerations. This role offers remote work with up to 25% travel and commission-based upside.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or related roles.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and fit with customer architecture.
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and show our competitive position.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis for product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to create advanced solution collateral and roll out talk tracks for Benefits Administration and ALEX.
• Represent the voice of the market with Marketing and Product.
