Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You will master our products, demo environment, architecture, security, and implementation requirements to accelerate deals and build trust with buyers, brokers, and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and how they fit each customer's architecture.
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and compare with competitors.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis to confirm product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
