Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Solutions Center Manager to lead the sales support team at the Nashville location. The role acts as a liaison among customers, the sales force, and distribution, while driving service excellence and meeting sales goals.

The position requires a bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to train and manage a team. Industrial sales experience is a plus, as is bilingual capability in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to train a team.
• Industrial sales experience is a plus; mechanical/technical aptitude expected.
• Knowledge of hoses, thread configurations and basic hydraulics is beneficial.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, hires, trains, and disciplines the sales support team.
• Serves customers through product knowledge and service focus.
• Drives teamwork with outside sales to grow the business.
• Analyzes inventory to improve turns and sales.
• Sets goals, tracks metrics, and monitors performance.
• Makes sure safety guidelines are followed.
