Job summary

USA MOTION MOTION INDUSTRIES, INC. seeks a Manager for the Solutions Center to lead the sales support team at the Salt Lake City location. You will supervise hiring, training, and performance, while coordinating with outside sales to grow the business and maintain customer service excellence.

You will analyze inventory, set team goals, and ensure safety and audit compliance, reporting to location leadership. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and time management.
• Industrial sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of hoses, thread configurations, and basic hydraulics.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales support team at the location.
