Job summary

Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Solutions Center to lead the sales support team at our location, ensuring premier customer service and alignment with sales goals.

The role partners with outside sales to develop and grow the business and to optimize inventory turns. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a track record in leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to train and effectively build a team; meet deadlines and manage time.
• Knowledge of hoses and thread configurations; hydraulic knowledge a plus; Epicor P21 experience a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, hires, trains, and disciplines the sales support team at the location.
• Assists in servicing customers with product knowledge and customer service focus.
• Collaborates with outside sales to grow the business and share knowledge.
• Analyzes inventory for opportunities to increase turns and grow sales.
• Sets goals and tracks measures across the team and maintains audit and inventory performance.
• Ensures safety guidelines are followed and maintains relationships with internal managers.
